When dad came home from the hospital after having a stroke, we immediately needed thickener for his liquids because his swallowing had been compromised. Less than 30 hours after I ordered it, the product was on my porch. Then, after setting up an auto send for monthly deliveries, I set it up again and received 2 bottles. With ONE email, my duplicate auto send account was cancelled and knowing I had already received a second bottle, they held the next months delivery ... which, by the way, was delivered exactly 30 days after the previous one ... AND I got an email with each step and a real name and photo attached to each. There are other products I buy locally that I will set up as auto send through Carewell soon. What a joy to be able to count on a company that has your back when you most need it. Thank you all.
