I have tried to work with my order online. Then I tried to chat and the agent or the robot recommended calling in. I was greeted with a friendly voice that was able to straighten out what I couldn’t do online for myself. I’ve gotten three review requests. Really annoying. The agent that I worked with was exceptionally good and had me on my way within 10 minutes.
