I’ve ordered from Carewell only 3 times because the shipping is never on time as the website states. The items don’t ship within 1-2 days, but more like 7-10 days from the order date. Also, the prices are not competitive but are the same as Amazon.com. Had I remembered that the shipping is slower than what is described on their website I would’ve received the same items about 2 days ago with my Prime. And the items I ordered on February 17th still haven’t arrived as I give this review. Update: The company sent Depends for men which is the wrong product in its entirety. I ordered Abena Abri Form XS2. What a complete disregard after having to wait 7 days to receive a shipment.

GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! Especially Tranquility diapers! Best ever! We pay out of pocket for both of our adult son's diapers, just to get perfect sizes (2XL pull-ups for one, Large briefs for the other) just to avoid the pitiful brands Medical Assistance gets them. We can't afford to only use Tranquility, but we do whenever possible. And finding 2XL Tranquility pull-ups is basically impossible elsewhere. WE LOVE CAREWELL!!!

I have been purchasing piddle pads for my dogs from Carewell on autoship for a while now. I can cancel a month's shipment if I don't use as many as usual and I can order sooner if I use more than I think. It is an easy experience to do either one from my account. Plus, I always get my packages in a timely manner usually just two days sometimes the next day if the shippers are moving right. Thank you for your great customer service. It is hard to find that nowadays. 😊 I will continue to purchase my piddle pads from Carewell and any other thing I need as I get older and need things for myself and not just my dogs.
