CarePatrol contacted me within two days from my initial call. I had an in home interview the next day about placing my mother in a home. I was then contacted the next day by a representative in the town where I wanted my mother to live. Within a week we had found a very nice home and a week later my mom was living a much better life. No more day to day worries or concerns. BTW mom has full on dementia and needs meals, medication monitoring and help with personal hygiene. Now I can relax because my mother is well cared for. Christa's assistance in finding a safe, friendly, clean group home for a friend was invaluable! Although I've been an advocate for my friend, the task of trying to locate a good place for her to live was more than I could handle. It was with great relief that I was able to abdicate that responsibility! Christa has lots of contacts, knows the community and has the best interest of her clients at heart. It's so hard when an adult has to move out of their home, give up many aspects of independence and require extra care. It makes the selection of appropriate, safe, happy housing critical. It started with a call from Frank Cunningham, who then called Terri Harvey and provided us a list of several places to tour. She then contacted Diana Ramirez, the Care Manager.
