Jacqui was a delight to work with. She was a caring and supportive professional at a very difficult time in my life when I had to choose a facility for my husband. She was always available for questions and always helped me feel there was no question too silly or too detailed to ask. I really appreciated her help and support.

My 94 year old father had lived independently in his own home up until a sudden health crisis changed things and made it necessary to find an appropriate assisted living situation for him. Many important decisions needed to be made quickly and Shane was so helpful in guiding me through this process. She was very knowledgeable about the various options in the area and always responsive when I had questions by phone. She helped to set up appointments, accompanied me on tours and negotiated the financial agreement with the facility we ultimately chose which resulted in the lowering of the initial entrance fee. I greatly appreciated her wisdom and experience and recommend her highly to anyone going through this difficult transition with a loved one.
