Jodi was very nice and pushed an assisted living company that she had worked for previously for years and that made us feel confident in picking that particular franchise. Our experience was beyond horrible and we brought my mother home in less then a month because it was so dangerous to leave her at that facility. I called Jodi twice during this time and she said she had never heard of anything like this which is hard to believe because I now know of 3 people who have had parents at the same facility with awful experiences. Of course this was not Jodi's fault but we did not go back to them to help with the home care we needed.

The representative of Care Patrol was easy to reach, responsive to questions and concerns and knowledgeable. She eased the whole process of transitioning our mom into a memory care facility. She went with us to review each of the facilities, helped us to understand the processes and what to look for.

Jeff Mascitelli did an excellent job in matching our needs to what was available in our region. Couldn't ask for better service.

Mark who services the Prescott and vicinity area did an excellent job. He knows his business well and gets to know his clients to the point of offering great placement options.
