The assistance of CarePatrol's representative made my search for a Memory Care Facility for my sister so easy and professional. He was knowledgeable of the places he showed me and made appointments which enabled us to the locate correct facility quickly. He listened to my situation, gave great information to look for in each facility, and helped me question those in charge at each place. My sister is now safely in a facility where I feel she is getting more help than the assisted living home she was in before. Ed stayed in contact until this move was completed and remained helpful throughout the entire procedure.

Patrick and Beth Bowen were excellent and caring partners while searching for a safe caring home alternative for my step mother. Patrick spent as much time needed to get a thorough description of our needs and goals. We visited some locations twice. He took time to meet with my step mother as well. He was kind, compassionate, and humorous. CarePatrol sent a welcome care basket of goodies to my step mom after she was settled in her new temporary home. We thank CarePatrol for a quality caring experinence.

Care Patrol was very responsive, comprehensive, and up front about their policies and affiliations. We felt comfortable working with the two staff members with whom we worked extensively. They were professional, very empathetic, and went above and beyond the scope of duty when it was needed. Our family's situation is very complex and involves enduring effort and engagement on our father's behalf. Care Patrol understands this and worked with us for many months to ensure that whatever we decided, they had our backs. Peripheral concerns were also responded to, so whenever there was an issue that could not be directly addressed through CP, Lauri was always able to refer us to the appropriate agencies.

Kari West is our coordinator to place my Dad in memory care, a difficult choice for our family. Kari listen to us, and some how through our emotions, found us the perfect home for my Dad. I feel relieved my Dad has the proper care, my step mom can care for herself and we can all support my Dad. I highly recommend Care Patrol, and Kari West.
