I cannot say enough positive things about Tony Black. He has gone way above and beyond what I could have expected to help out my family. As someone who knew little about what to consider for assisted living for my parents, he was able to provide invaluable insight to an overwhelming process. We had 2 days to figure out options when my mother was being released from a nursing facility. From arranging and showing us initial properties, breaking down the various costs and levels of support, looking for additional care options, speaking with multiple members of my family to get us on the same page and to being a counselor to us to coach us through a very challenging time, he was simply amazing! He helped us understand the right questions to ask to make our choice. What a kind person who takes great pride in his work. He has the experience and patience to deal with a large family to help get my parents the care they need. Thank you, Tony!

We had 24 hours to find a place for our loved one. Having no experience with assisted living homes (how to choose one, where to look, what questions to ask, etc.), we were blessed enough to find CarePatrol. Shonelle and Anthony were genuine, caring, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. They contacted the homes in the location we needed, arranged for us to tour them, and navigated us through the paperwork to get our loved one from an acute rehab facility to the home in a very short time. What started out as a mentally exhausting and difficult task, turned into relief and calm. We feel good about where we placed our love one and are comfortable they will get the care they need in the environment that fits. We can not thank CarePatrol enough.

The representative that I worked with, Lena, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and professional. When my mother and I met with her, she made us feel at ease and was very kind. You could tell that she actually enjoyed assisting people and was not in a hurry to leave. I would recommend this company!

Jenn was very helpful at a very stressful time. The first time we met she came to the emergency room to meet my mom and I. I was at wits end how to get my mother the care she needed. Jenn was patient and helped me get temporary care until I could find the right place for my mother.

Kristi Runa was spectacular. She is patient and kind beyond measure. She helped my 85 year old mom get moved and kept me informed although I live 1500 miles away. It was like having another family member who I could really trust and yet was very professional in her help and communication.
