Just perfect service from start to finish!

Mike was so personable and knowledgeable about the care system. He set up tours and provided paperwork and pricing to make the process so much easier on us. We were so happy to work with him and he found a great place for my father to stay.

I absolutely enjoyed working with CarePotrol, and would use them again. Paula worked tirely finding a place I was happy with and kept in touch when plans had to change a little, but CarePotrol was there until all was completely satisfie. Thank you so much.

I could never say enough about Jeff Mascitelli. He has helped our family live through three difficult moves for my husband and he was there with advice and support every minute. He doesn’t just give referrals, he goes with you. He is knowledgeable, kind, promptly responsive, and consistent in his excellent and professional service. This is such a tough journey, but knowing Jeff will be there to help us if we need it is a true comfort to our family.

My advisor, Deb W., went above and beyond to help me in an extremely difficult time. She scheduled appointments with very little advance notice, accompanied me on the visits and continually followed up to ask what else she could help with, even after we had made our decision and moved my father. I can't say enough about the caring attitude she had and how much help it was to have someone running interference for me. It saved me a huge amount of time and stress. I will not forget her professionalism and kindness!

We had a wonderful experience with Wendy Kirby of CarePatrol. She showed my mother and I several communities that my mother was interested in. Ms. Kirby was extremely knowledgable about the communities and the assisted living industry as a whole. My mother will be moving into the home we found in a few weeks.
