I was lead to believe one thing when it was time for finances terms changed and I was disappointed that no financial help can be had.

I can’t say enough nice things about CarePatrol. They were attentive to the needs of my mom, provided excellent information about options, and took us on tours to find the best match for her needs and desires. We found a perfect place that will allow my mom to socialize, do activities like art, and even get outside walking daily. We were looking for a place that had immediate openings and CarePatrol connected us with options for that. They were knowledgeable and professional, saved us a lot of work and time, total lifesavers when it came time to find the right place for my mom.

I had no idea this service existed but was so grateful for it. Petra and Denise were extremely helpful in guiding us to the best options for my mother. They promptly returned phone calls and set up the visits to see the Memory Care facilities for us. Very smooth transition for my mother. I can’t thank them enough and now that I know this service exists, I can share this information to my patients and their families.Thank you again!

Eric Klein took my family through each step of placing our Mom in a retirement community place where she will be safe and well taken care of. He spent a lot of time taking us through each step. I live in Kansas City and my brother is an hour away from Mom. He took us through the legal steps and all the necessary paperwork to complete the process.
