Richard Russo was extraordinarily helpful with every step of the process of finding the right place for my mom. He returned phone calls/texts/emails promptly, was always thoughtful, professional, extremely well informed about the options available to us, and both kind and considerate. Rich took into account all the information I gave him about my families specific needs regarding both what type of environment we were looking for, what our specific needs were regarding preferred locations, environment, social milieu, and to each and every medical/social/emotional and financial consideration I shared with him. Before using CarePatrol and meeting Richard Russo, this endeavor felt completely overwhelming. Then, after speaking with Rich and then meeting with him, this process became as easy as possible. He helped in finding appropriate places, finding out availability, setting up appointments, and met me at each appointment. Rich helped guide me to ask the right questions, and asked important follow up questions that I believe only a professional in this business would know to ask. Rich was both a well informed professional and a warm kind hearted person throughout the process. I never felt rushed in anyway, and Rich took the time to wait as my brother traveled to join us once I felt we had found the right place. I am grateful for his work on behalf of me, my siblings and most importantly my mom. As of today, my mother is settling in at her new apartment. I don't know that I would have found such a perfect match for what she needed without Rich's help and guidance. I will alway be grateful to him for the help, professionalism, expertise and kindness that he offered to me. I would recommend Richard Russo to anyone who is looking for help in find the right place for their loved one(s).

The employee that managed the research of possible assistant living resident homes for my uncle was a blessing for our family. Christa DeRouen,CSA did the research and lead us to interview and tour several homes. My uncle was being discharged from the VA hospital. And per his Md, suggesting that he not live alone. She made it very easy to meet wonderful and friendly house managers that was eager to welcome my uncle. We wanted him to be safe and maintain his independence. The licensed staff would provide home cooked meals, administer his medication and assistance as needed. And it had to be a home like environment. It was our cousin's decision to choose where her father would live. And I feel together we found the best place for him. Christa thanks again, Janice Wilson
