My initial contact was with Angel Hartley, Senior Care Consultant in Mid Maryland. Angel was very helpful and because my interest was in the Annapolis area, she referred me to her colleague who covers that area, Cindy Jahr Evans. Cindy is a Certified Senior Advisor and she guided me through the process of identifying and visiting small, medium and large assisted living facilities in the desired locations. Care Patrol uses a standard format to provide a useful overview of each facility. Cindy met with me to discuss my needs and plan facility visits. She also escorted me to numerous facilities for in depth reviews. Without a doubt Cindy saved me several months of identifying and learning about all the facilities and her expertise was invaluable. For each facility, she reviewed inspection reports to identify if they had outstanding deficiencies. This provided an added sense of confidence in the selection process. I highly recommend Care Patrol and Cindy for anyone tasked with finding care solutions for their loved ones.
