Victoria had a thorough and magnificent understanding of the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of elder care and placement. She was able to articulate our family’s needs in such a fashion that was clear, competent and forthright. Of all the agencies and consultants we spoke to regarding our family member’s placement, Ms. Archible was without peer. Without hesitation or equivocation we would recommend her to family, friends and colleagues alike. In a word, Ms. Archible was simply the “best”.
