Outstanding! Mark Sylvester literally solved our Mom's Seinior housing needs in just hours and on a Sunday no less! We were in desperate need of an emergency placement for Mom upon her pending discharge from the Hospital, he not only found a perfect fit for Mom at Rolling Hills Manor in Prescott but he transported her upon discharge as she could not get up into our truck. I was in a tough situation with an ailing parent who does not and will not live where I do. I was referred to Debbie by dad's neighbor, and she was very easy to talk with and willing to attempt to speak with my dad despite knowing that he was adamently against making a change. When I there on the weekend and spoke with my dad he suddenly had a change of heard and wanted to make a change - of course he wanted it yesterday. Mark rearranged his Saturday to fit in time to come over and speak with us and found places for us to see on the next Monday. Both Mark and Debbie are very caring, compassionate individuals who are ultimately perfectly suited to the job they do.
