If you are searching for a new home for a loved one, do not do it alone, call CarePatrol! Chad Ramsey was an amazing advocate. My search for a new home for my 93 year old mother was nothing short of intense. I toured 2 facilities before realizing that I would not be able to find the right match for my mom on my own. Doing it "rogue" is not advised, you will never receive the attention or detail that is possible with CarePatrol by your side. Chad and I toured 9 facilities together, he filled out 9, 4-page, Tour Comparison Checklists, items I would not have even considered in making the right choice became obvious with his tireless notetaking. I had no idea there would be such disparity among the homes we toured. His prompt professional service paved the way for the family and their loved one to find a soft place to land. It can be challenging when clients live locally, but even more so when all parties live out of town. However, Ralph managed the situation beautifully and was able to meet the needs of all involved.
