The service from the CarePatrol representative was very helpful and we found a home with desired price and location. A concern that occurred was quickly addressed. When it became necessary to move my husband to a different home, the representative immediately helped to find one that had a nurse available to help with his care.

When my mom’s Alzheimer’s had progressed to the point where we knew care would be needed soon, Beth and Patrick Bowen were a lifeline. There are knowledge and expertise on all the facilities in the greater Knoxville area was such a blessing. They helped us narrow it down to what works best for mom and also for us. We settled on a wonderful memory care unit at Clover Hill Senior Living. The Bowen‘s were always checking in on us and responsive to any questions we had made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly be. The best part is my mom‘s reaction once we settled her in. Jonathan Clark assisted my sister and me with finding an Assisted Living facility for our mother. Jonathan, as well as Reba, his assistant, diligently guided us through the process with care and compassion.
