Heinz- is truly a great human-being. He expressed true honesty and compassion with our interactions. I felt like we were always his only clients. He did a lot of research behind the scenes to find the perfect location for my mom. This whole process was extremely stressful to the family and my father. Heinz always seemed to have the right thing to say.

The service that CarePatrol provides is a God send. They took a very stressful and confusing time and turned it into a happy ending. Sara Shvartzman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had no idea where to begin in this process and Sara took the reigns; everything from finding a rehab facility to discharge, to coordinating tours of assisted living facilities that fit our specific criteria. After the rehab hhospital introduced us to the Care Patrol, they provided a placement the same day. We had stayed there for several months - returning home. Again after a stay in the rehab hospital, i called the care patrol and after an interview they were not able to place my relative but referred us to a more suitable environment, which we used for placement. The care patrol has been prompt in helping us as well as caring as they called to follow-up making sure the placement turned out well.

My aging parents who life in Florida needed care but I am in Ohio. I was referred to Care Patrol and it has been a wonderful experience.
