Sandy Cooper was excellent. Professional and super friendly. Listened to our needs and found a perfect place for our relative to have the care needed . She worked with us and took all the stress, anxiety and confusion from us and gave us relief and support.

What a wonderful service! I worked with Nicole who helped me find an appropriate facility for a loved one who needed assisted living. She set up tours at various facilities and went with me to answer any questions. She followed up with phone calls to see how things were going. I'm so glad I had that support. She was truly a blessing!

I had wonderful experience interacting with Chelsea and Myrista. They were very knowledgeable and helped select the facilities that might be a good fit with the transition from home to assisted-living. They arranged for tours of the facilities and helped with the transition.

Beth Miller with CarePatrol was kind, thorough and dedicated to helping us find the best new home possible for my 87 year old mother. Beth was readily available to us and always willing to answer any questions that we had. She saved us countless hours in researching and visiting facilities. She was hands-on to interface with administrators at facilities about what our needs and wishes were. Beth was open and honest in expressing any concerns she had for various facilities that were discussed. We can't say enough about Beth and the service she provided.

Cilla was kind, caring and very professional. She had knowledge about AL Communities that we couldn’t have known. After showing us three different communities. She checked up on the family, walked us through the process and recommended different companies (ie movers, veteran’s help, etc). Our father has been in his community for just over a month now and she just contacted us to see how he in doing! She is truly a blessing. I am so thankful we used Care Patrol!

Cheryl, the CarePatrol professional working with my aunt, was outstanding. Organized, personable, and patient. She went above and beyond to help my aunt’s partner tour facilities, acted as liaison between the facilities and the family, and was a knowledgeable resource about social supports - even knew who to contact to help move furniture. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision but knew when we did, Cheryl would be there to make sure all went smoothly.

Lisa Lawrence is the best. She has helped me with my mother when I was panicked and didn’t know what to do. 💖
