I was fortunate to be connected with CarePatrol of Baltimore through a referral from St. Joseph's Hospital in Towson. Laura Thibodeaux couldn't have been any more intuitive, attentive, and compassionate as we navigated through the assisted living placement process for my father. She attended Care meetings at the rehab facility that my dad was in and took the time to get to know him and his specific needs. Who does that? She chose and scheduled facility visits with Susan Bostwick, another excellent CarePatrol employee. We were very pleased with the service and treatment we received from Laura. I truly believe they treated us like family. I highly recommend them.

Finding out about Care Patrol of Lehigh Valley was a godsend. We worked with MaryAnn Pickell who was excellent at navigating us through the system to find a place for my mom who has dementia. She provided the extra insight we needed & gave helpful recommendations. She was very kind & empathetic. Thank you for caring Maryann!

I couldn't ask for anyone better than Rick Young. He was a life saver in that he found just the right place for my 89 year old mother. Rick made all the phone calls, set up appointments and did all the follow up which I couldn't have done on my own as a working individual. He continues to check on us to ensure we are happy and doing well. Rick was a very kind and caring person through this difficult time.
