Jodi Lewis-Smith was a Godsend! I highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone that is going thru the process of placing a loved one in a facility. Jodi listened to what I said about each of my siblings and what we wanted for our mother. Being a nurse they trusted me to find the right place. One that was safe for her now and if she needed more assistance in the future. We wanted something close to all of us and more importantly, a place that Mom would thrive again. Jodi heard my concerns and found us the best place. I cannot thank her enough and could not have done it without her. She knows the facilities and saved me so much time by just picking out a few for me to look at and then bring mom to make her decision . You can't go wrong with CarePatrol!

Most Helpful Service- 5 Stars Eric Sailor in Northeast Ohio was so incredibly helpful in navigating a very difficult time to help our family make important decisions quickly. He worked around our busy schedules and was easy to reach during the entire process. He was able to provide a some important bargaining power with assisted living facilities we wouldn't have had on our own. He truly cares about his clients, checking in after his work was done and handling issues even after our family members moved in!

Mike at Care Patrol is Awesome! I reached out to Aging and Adult Services for help because I could no longer care for my mom by myself. I was very stressed. They referred me to Mike at Care Patrol and asked if it was okay to give my number to Mike from Care Patrol and I agreed. He called me the next day, asked about my mom, and would get back to me as soon as possible. The next day, he contacted me with three possible care homes for my mom and was able to set up appointments for tours. He worked around my schedule. Unfortunately those did not fit within our budget. I was feeling hopeless. As soon as I informed Mike, he immediately began searching for more care homes. We toured as many as we needed until we found the right one for my mom. Mike at Care Patrol works fast and really cares! He literally changed my life and my family’s. Thank you Mike! Thank you Care Patrol!

Deb Williams from Care Patrol was excellent. She helped me find a place for my Mom who has Alzheimer’s. She listened to our needs & was very compassionate. We toured several facilities & Deb provided me with unbiased assessment. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.

I cannot thank Victoria Archable enough for her outstanding work that led to my mother moving into an Assisted Living facility that meets all of her physical and emotional needs. Her empathy is genuine, her knowledge is comprehensive, and her diligence and professionalism is best of class. Moving one's parent(s) from an independent lifestyle into a completely different environment is an overwhelming and stressful experience, yet Victoria made the entire process ever so manageable. It was as if she were a family member from the start, and I always felt like I was being listened to and guided appropriately. Oh if only everybody were as good at their job as Victoria, what a world that would be!

Care Patrol found Vista Lake for us. Thank you for that assistance, but I recommend that you not suggest this place again. They promise the world, but do not come close. My mom fell last night at 3:50am (not in her room...why? I have no answer for that) and taken to the hospita via ambulance. I was never called...everyone passes the buck. Now that claim they had a wrong number...totally unexcusable in my book. She was to have level 4 care...not even close. I will be picking her up on Friday which is the earliest I can get down to her from Ohio. I pray there are no more "mishaps".
