Beth Miller was amazing in her care and compassion during a very challenging time. She found a great place for my Dad quickly and followed up with both me and the facility after he moved in to make sure he was adjusting well.

I was very pleased with care patrol. We visited multiple facilities in order to find a good fit for my parents. When we realized that my mother needed more care than assisted living would provide, Scott showed us some other options that we were not aware of. After we made a choice, Scott remained in contact to make sure we were getting all of our paperwork completed. He also checked in about a month after my dad moved in to see how things were going. Although we visited facilities in different areas of the east/south metro area, I was interested in seeing something in Hastings, which is closer to where I live. I didn’t think that Scott was as familiar with facilities that far south and that is why I gave a rating of 4 stars. We are very happy with the facility we chose and it was all due to Scott’s persistence.
