A friend in hospital administration was impressed by a CarePatrol presentation given by Teresa Dow. Not long after, my dad had a medical crisis. An inaccurate diagnosis led to an extended hospital stay. I was "on" 24/7 for a month. I was overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted. The scramble to find an appropriate rehabilitation/long-term facility had been challenging enough - and then his prognosis changed again! While it was good to see Dad improve with proper care, I had to find a NEW place for him after just 10 days! Teresa and Scott have even stopped in to visit him as he has settled in! I have recommended Teresa and Scott and CarePatrol 2 times in the past 3 weeks. The hospital social worker & case manager recommended Care Patrol Senior Placement Agency to Mom & I while she was in the hospital. It is a free service & I used this service in Ocala, FL to help me locate a good place & transition Mom into an apt. I knew nothing about any of this stuff or where to even begin with it. Caressa was wonderful to work with. She was very personable, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, especially patient with us & acted as a buffer between us & each facility we looked at & toured. She was an endless source of knowledge on in home care giver companies as well as live in facilities (Indep. Living, Asst. Living, senior apts. etc.). She also gave us the positives & negatives for each facility too & took us around to each of them. I would highly recommend this nationwide company to anyone who needs help in this area placing a relative.

A great place with good people working there. Many more extra expenses then I bargained for though! They sprung a few on me after we moved in! His physical therapy could get very expensive with the outside contractors they bring in.

I worked with a wonderful, Caring & compassionate woman named PAMELA SANDERSON in search of an assisted living commune for my mom! She came through with flying colors for me as I ended up with the best fit for my mom with all of her help! I would recommend PAMELA to anyone who is in search of a facility for loved ones!
