Pam Sanderson was wonderfully helpful and made everyone feel at ease. St Catherine’s, where my aunt was recouping, had put my Aunt Dorothy in touch with A Place For Mom. Dorothy had been working with them. I know Pam so I reached out to her. We are very glad I did. At the end of the process, Aunt Dorothy made a point to say that things would not have come together like they did, not without Pam. That A Place For Mom could not have gotten the same result, and so quickly. Pam is very knowledgeable, caring, and honest. She helped us navigate unfamiliar waters. Making an uncomfortable decision and process as easy as possible. We are very glad to have her on our team. I would not hesitate to recommend her to someone else. She is just a phone call away. Emily is the best!! Very caring for my Mom, Dad and sister. She is to the point but in a sincere caring way. She knows her stuff. Our concerns were listened to. And she did a darn good job of meeting all our needs. This job is a perfect fit for her personality.

The process of starting to look for a place for Mom was so overwhelming but with CarePatrol and Jenni it went very smooth. I kept thinking something is going to go wrong but nothing did!
