I was very happy with CarePatrol. Living out of state made it difficult for me to find assisted living for my elderly aunt. In fact, I had no idea where to even start or what my options were financially and for which facilities. I spoke to Jeff many times by phone but when I was able to fly into town, last minute, he was able to schedule tours for me quickly. I didn't need to call around to see if there were available assisted living apartments at each place or to see if my aunt even qualified. It is always good to at least see a few options but by Jeff talking with me and asking the right questions he found the perfect fit! During the tours CarePatrol even asked the important questions that I may have forgotten to ask. It was a relief to know that CarePatrol was there for me. I know my aunt is safe, taken care of, and happy now. This gives me a lot of comfort living so far away.
