My CarePatrol representative was over-the-top helpful. I had dealt with another service previously and they were extremely pushy and I did not feel that they really heard me. The complete opposite was true with CarePatrol. I had all of my questions answered in a clear, compassionate and prompt way. My CarePatrol representative listened to my needs for my mother and her husband and worked hard to find options that worked best for us. He continually followed up and never left me feeling like I was lost. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing personal, caring assistance in finding the just the right home for their loved one.

We are an assisted living facility, and we love working with Care Patrol! We work specifically with Cameron, and he has immense integrity! He brings us wonderful residents, with lovely family members. We are so grateful to have such a great relationship with Care Patrol, and look forward to many more years of working with them!

Care Patrol provided helpful information on the alternatives available for our mother's care and were ready and willing to spend as much time as necessary for the family to make an informed decision.

I’ve been helped by Judi and other times Ki. Both were excellent ! We were taken to several homes in our area to place our brother. He is currently at a home and it has been wonderful for him. I would place another member of my family through Care Patrol.

Patrick and Beth were great! They had already done all of the legwork it takes to be extremely familiar with the facilities in the area, and what differentiates each one from the next. They really took the time to understand my father’s particular condition and situation and helped me make a well informed decision! I definitely received five star treatment and would highly recommend them to anyone!

CarePatrol, specifically Suzy Mueller in Fort Myers, FL, was a godsend for my brother and me. We live in New England, and our dad was in SW Florida. He was very ill and we were trying to navigate hospitals and rehabs and what to do short- and long-term to ensure the best care for him. Suzy was like a guiding light in the whole process. She explained an inexplicable health care system to us in terms we could understand, helped us understand our housing and financial options, connected us to other resources, and was available to us all the time via phone, email, and text. Suzy was an absolute ally in a process that feels stacked against patients and families. She is incredibly passionate about her work and amazingly available and kind to families. It honestly felt like we had a dear friend helping us and holding our hands though a very stressful process. We were ultimately able to move our father back north to New England and we never could have done that without Suzy's input and guidance. We would absolutely have been lost without CarePatrol and without Suzy's care, and we are so grateful. We cannot recommend Suzy or CarePatrol enough!
