Bruce Lopes is a life saver! His expertise in the field is evident. My mother and sister were placed and they are very happy. I highly recommend Bruce above any service out there. I am forever grateful. Thank you! Peg M. 4-3-2020

Great team here. Moved my mom from the south of the state to the north of the state. Had one Care Patrol contact the other and they found a great place for her.

Very helpful. A great experience for a challenging time.

Amy Feter was our lead person and she was excellent. She took a genuine interest in our case and actively pursued a viable solution. I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

So glad I found Lori Vrcan with CarePatrol. My elderly parents were involved in a serious car accident and after a month in the hospital and three weeks in a skilled nursing facility I was faced with finding an assisted living facility for them to continue to recover. Not knowing where to turn, I found Lori and she did it all, along with holding my hand and heart the whole way. She was able to locate a facility very close to my home and even if we cannot visit them because of Covid-19, I feel comfort in knowing they are close by and I can get to them quickly if I had too. Thank you so much Lori!

My wife and I found ourselves trying to navigating Skilled Nursing Facility, Medicare coverage issues, and a very confused father trying to recover from a broken hip at 96 years of age. My wife's father lives in Youngstown, OH by himself while we are in Atlanta. Our scenario was further complicated by COVID-19 pandemic restricting our ability to research and locate a place for her father to get the care he needs. We learned about care patrol and Sandy thru our attorney. He told us to work with Sandy first before we made any decisions. WOW!! What great advice that was. From the moment we contacted Sandy, she was already visiting her father and helping us get to the real care needs and found assisted living options almost immediately. Since COVID-19 was shutting down everything, she also helped us get the tours we needed and how to negotiate with the facilities and we were able to place her father. Sandy made an almost impossible situation better than we could have done in the best of circumstances. Thank you so much Sandy.

Bruce—in the Naples, Florida, area—was a “lifesaver” for us during the Corona Virus Pandemic. Because of restrictions relating to the virus, we thought we might not be able to secure respite care for a cherished friend—whom I could not care for following my spinal surgery. Bruce with CarePatrol was attentive & kind—and helped place our loved one in a beautiful assisted living home. We are all truly grateful to Bruce! 5 STARS! Patty L. & family

A year ago, we reached out to a CarePatrol competitor and had a really bad experience. In December, my mother-in-law was in the hospital and then a Rehab facility. In January/February we needed to find a new home to take her. The Rehab facility recommended CarePatrol and I, reluctantly, reached out. We were assigned Petra Perciavalle - she was a Godsend! Petra listened closely to our wants and concerns and interviewed my mother-in-law. Then she found us the most perfect Memory Care home - we didn't even know there was such a thing! We could not be happier with Petra's communication, caring and knowledge. Thank you, thank you!
