Sara has been such a blessing. She found the perfect place for my dad and when we had a little trouble she was there to help get it fixed. She made this process so much easier. Also set me with the help to get medicaid taken care of.

I appreciated the time CarePatrol took to educate me about choices for care and Chris was very knowledgeable. I did not like the pushing by CarePatrol to finalize the move in date when it was clear the decision had been made. It is also not clear that the home care aides at the chosen provider are adequately serving my husband’s needs or that the other residents are amenable to following the rules for a peaceful and calm environment in shared spaces.

My experience with Carepatrol was quite amazing. They took an emotional and draining time for me and made everything so simple. They did all the work and found my dad a great place for assisted living. They always followed up, kept in touch and forwarded me everything we needed to get the move into place.
