I needed assistance with moving my Father from across the state to a facility near me. Rick Young not only helped me find a wonderful facility but also made many phone calls to follow up until he was accepted. My father has Medicaid so there was no payment for all his time and help. I can't thank Rick and Care Patrol enough! I am so relieved to know my Father will get the care he needs in a beautiful facility.

Our Balfour at Littleton community was already pre chosen, however Beth's assistance to coordinate move and various reviews and assessments, made moving my Father quick and extremely efficient.

Anxious to find a good Assisted living for my son I called CarePatrol ofN.E.Ohio and left a message. Living together became difficult for my mother and brother. They live in OH and I, dtr/sister, live and work in CA. Priscilla Buck became our facilitator in placing my family. Mom became agitated and hostile on one of "Cilla's (Priscilla) visits. Mom feared leaving home. Cilla stayed with my family informing me of all the events that incurred that day. That work day lasted seven hours with my mom & brother. Cilla Buck demonstrated dedication, Integrity, and respect. Thank you once again!
