In my recent search to place my mother in a memory care facility, in an urgent situation, I was recommended to contact Care Patrol for help to find placement. I was fortunate enough to work with Kristen from Care Patrol, and she was my saving grace! She helped bring calm to my chaos, and talked me off the edge many times through the process. She was extremely thorough, she helped me reach out to the care facility, talked to mom's doctor's office to help push the paperwork through faster, and so many other things that were such a huge help to me. And today, I have mom situated in a memory care facility that I trust, and I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Care Patrol to anyone that just doesn't know where to start on this extremely confusing and emotional journey - or even to someone that has a start on the process, but just needs a coach to help push things along. Invaluable service, and I can't say enough about Kristen and her skills and knowledge. She loves her job, and it shows!!
