I wish I had found Karla and Care Patrol weeks before I did. She was amazing and lightened the burden of finding a place for my mom. The first time I talked to Karla, I thought 'she gets it'. She understands older adults, she understands the system and she knows her stuff. I recommend Care Patrol 100%.

I'm so glad I had help! You don't know what you don't know until someone informs you. I did my own assisted-living research online before contacting CarePatrol, so I was "familiar" with about a dozen local facilities: location, pricing, reviews, and so forth. After talking (many times) with Eric Miller at CarePatrol in Nashville, I learned about safety, building layout, management history, Medicaid acceptance, and much, much more! I'm very thankful for having FREE assistance by an experienced professional. 5 stars.

My wife was in an Adult Community that was not a fit for her. I heard of Laura Cooley with CarePatrol from two friends. I asked Laura to help me find another community that might be better. We discussed our specific needs and she said she had a couple in mind. We found a perfect place thanks to Laura. Petri Perciavalle and Denise Waters of Care Patrol were truly a Godsend for me at a very difficult time. My husband was in a Memory Care Facility and desperately needed to be moved due to not getting the proper care. Petri took the lead and met me at the facility and was just truly a blessing to have met. She answered all of my concerns and questions and was always available if I needed to call her. I can NOT tell you have grateful I am that I made that call to Care Patrol. I highly recommend them!!!
