Unlike the national resources, they are local experts, and after screening clients for needs, they recommend local places that might be a good fit. They help schedule tours, provide insight regarding past client satisfaction, and are a wealth of knowledge about their service area. I received referrals to facilities that the national referral service did not make me aware of. Overall, CarePatrol is a great resource, and will help families in any way possible to make the best decision for their loved one(s).

Eric did a great job of guiding us through the process of finding the best possible care solution for our Mom. He also served as a trusted counselor helping us to deal with the emotional stress of the situation. Ultimately, we were able to place Mom in a great facility that has so far made a big difference in Mom’s well being. Thank you Care Patrol.
