Caregiver brought 4 yr old son into my home. Advisor will not return calls

Carelinx /Sharecare is completely out of line. You would think they learned from losing a big class action lawsuit. Now we are W2 EMPLOYEES and they still continue to be shady. They teamed with daily pay for an advance of a portion of our wages, well they never reimbursed daily pay for my advance they actually haven't sent any checks at all so i am responsible for paying back daily pay. Carelinx provided daily pay with days that i never worked. Daily pay is told I was paid my full amount i sent in all documents to show other wise but that still makes me responsible. I dont understand how or why this company cannot or will not operate legally and honestly instead of tampering with our pay. This is discouraging and disappointing and it's costing me more money than i make. In reply ... I was contacted and i provided my BANKING statements as well as Deposit information for the week of, and basically was told my banking and deposit statements are incorrect. This is impossible and irrelevant. The payslips are provided by Sharecare which means it can say whatever the company decides, my bank statements are legal and accurate documents that would outweigh any information that Sharecare provides this matter is not resolved nor is Sharecare taking any action to have it resolved.
