Carelinx is an absolute disaster. This is not a reflection on the actual providers, but a reflection of how poorly run and managed their back office services are. It has taken me almost 8 weeks for them to find a caregiver for me and the day she was scheduled to show up they told the caregiver she could not help my mother because her vetting process was not complete. As has been the case throughout this entire process, it was delayed because Carelinx is not responsive to any communication. I will be filing a complaint with United Healthcare who uses them as a subcontractor and to IBM who uses United Healthcare to deliver a very unsatisfactory benefit intended for critical healthcare support for senior retirees.

The company has great potential, growth and helping all caregivers explore their potential. Carelinx is the best among all

The staff member at CareLinx were helpful and courteous during all communications. My only recommendation is they did not inform me that the job was for only one week. I would hate to miss out on a longer job thinking the one I was applying for was very temporary.

I work a full-time job and make extra money working for CareLinx. They’ve been able to supply me with jobs on the side that works around my. I know when I quit my full-time job. I will be able to pick up hours more in the week time. I appreciate the job they do and getting clients and making sure I get my pay.

There was confusion regarding the of hours available to me through the Elizabeth Dole Foundation. Ronnel successfully resolved the situation in a very timely manner.
