Hello Anita, Thank you very much for providing your feedback in this review. Please note, our Company policies address pay timing during onboarding; this includes discussion and agreement to the pay structure which is defined as payment 2-3 business days after approval of a properly submitted invoice. This pay period is more frequent than the standard bi-weekly time frame that most companies provide their employees. As a caregiver on our platform, invoices can be approved, paid and deposited within a week of submission if not sooner. This, however, does not guarantee same day payment. We understand that the cadence of payment is not in line with your expectations.
