I have worked with you just a month plus I had some issues thank the team for your quick response and everything went well.

I have been with carelinx a couple months now and so far it's been great. My carelinx care advisor always responds right away when I need some help with the app. Also they have connected me with great clients so far.

I recently realized ALL the jobs in my city are listed as '6 miles' away. Not helpful. Please give a more accurate distance in the future. Thanks. My agent at Carelinx was very good.

They were helpful in helping me find caregivers. However I felt I had to ask too many questions for clarification. One example was overtime. It was never mentioned until I brought it up.

CareLinx is doing a great job by connecting caregivers with right employers and making sure that caregivers get to their shifts in time by sending reminders. Making sure that caregivers are paid in time.

The care coordinator was extremely helpful throughout the initial set up and supportive afterwards. I’m very, very pleased with the carer we hired to help with my mother.

I really like carelink as a whole I just had one experience that left me confused, the client I cared for was for a month and I had him for two days that's it.
