Everyone is so nice, but there are some issues.
Everyone is so nice, but when I need help, no one is able to answer my questions. Still need help sometimes with clocking in and out and everyone I talked to said they are not responsible for that. Occasionally there is app trouble as well, and no one to talk to or give feedback about the app. Also, previous caregivers can still see current members and all of their current notes, even if they are no longer a caregiver for that person.

We can understand how it would get frustrating running into tech issues and contacting/reaching a department that doesn't specialize in that area of the business. If you run into a future issue with the app or timesheets/clocking in/out etc. please take a screenshot and send us an email at: [email protected]. This will allow the appropriate team to investigate the scenario and provide assistance. Additionally, we have a dedicated team of Caregiver Support Specialists who would be happy to assist with any questions you have regarding the Family profiles (new or sunset) that you've helped provide care for along with any day to day questions comments or concerns that may come up over the course of time. I had experience that to do light…
I had experience that to do light housekeeping while I was working home care. so I know what makes them happy. and I like carelinx they helped me out when I need help or asking. And I had experience as a caregiver too.

CSR are inconsistent
CSR are inconsistent, no common sense knowledge of questions asked of anything! Assigned Advisor does not return calls or communicate. Been waiting for w2 to be sent via mail, since September 2023.

While our Care Advisors are available to assist with questions or concerns regarding the Families that you both help to support, they primarily support Families/Members and do not have guaranteed bandwidth to assist in certain aspects of Caregiver concerns.
