Joy was lovely and so helpful. She was right on top of everything and was so pleasant to work with. She made all the arrangements and found a great provider. Michele is kind and willing to help in whatever capacity she can. Her sweet personality was always a welcome in our home. She helped with all the things that were needed with a smile. She is a wonderful person and were are grateful to have her here.

You came through when I needed you.

I've had very mixed feelings about the site. I've had a great deal of communication issues with some of the care givers on the site. I had a very good Navigator who really tried to find someone for me. I hired one care giver from this site who was quite good. We had a communication problem which led her to believe I had hired someone else because she couldn't work the days/hours I needed her. She left but did not respond to me no matter which medium I tried. My Navigator finally got in touch with the care giver and found out what happened. I thought I'd found another care giver and was arranging to interview her in person when she sent me a message that her dog had been severely injured in a fall and needed emergency surgery. Neither my Navigator or I heard from her again. Another care giver on the site was actually trying to get clients for another site. So one hit and a bunch of strike outs. Not what I was hoping for from the site.

Carelinx has been wonderful. Their service is easy and stress free. I have been able to find two caregivers through Carelinx for my mother who are very experienced, caring, reliable and compassionate. And Carelinx is always quick to respond to questions and concerns.

All of the respite personnel were very pleasant and establish real good repour with my wife. They were very gentle and caring I was extremely comfortable with each of them and did not worry about leaving home for a while. Joy was a delight to work with. Thank ever so much to CareLinx and the Elizabeth Dole Foundation.

The care give has made my life look up. It hard being alone even more with the Holidays.
