To earn that 5th star: The people monitoring the chat in the evenings need to be able to take action as opposed to just popping up with messages stating that they will pass on information or directions to articles. If the information was in the help articles, I wouldn't need to ask in the chat. OR Dispense completely with the "auto-answer" personnel (retask them somehow) and invest in some user-informed site development.

Carelinx has really been a blessing. The young man that I worked with was so helpful. When I found it hard to navigate he walked me through or explained it very well. This has been a real blessing at a critical time of life! Thank you so much Carelinx!

I'm so grateful that Elizabeth Dole Foundation choose Carelink for our Veterans to be able to receive respite. Carelinx, sent out a caregiver who meets all of our expectations, and more. The young lady was very polite, concerned, and completed her tasks on time. Looking to receive more care in the future from Carelinx.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Carelinx. The agents we have worked with, Stephanie Pierce and Jasmine Williams, have been extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. And for the most part, the quality of nurses aides that we have hired has been very good. Had a couple of nurses that were more interested in selling their business ware then care giving. But as mentioned our agents were very responsive to our concerns and made the necessary changes. The only critique, when caring for others sometimes it's easier to leave a voicemail for our agent then to have to text or email, and this was not easy to do. Would highly recommend Carelinx to others.

When the caregiver was here, she was very good in general. She is kind, loving and patient with our loved one. However, we hired her in Sept. and from that time until her last week before vacation in late December, she only worked two full weeks for us. She often let us know only an hour or so before her shift was to begin that she was not going to be able to come to our home. We understand the pandemic makes everything all the more challenging. We have spoken with our caregiver and hope for improved attendance and communication in 2021.

Carelinx has been an amazing support to me and my family! I love the opportunity to interview and choose caregivers, and the staff is so helpful and willing to do whatever is needed to make things work!

When I have problem regarding my care I can go to the Caregiver or Administrators and know they will listen and offer solutions. All persons at CareLinx are very kind. I am impressed with the fact that my Caregiver knows her responsibilities to me--she looks out for my safety and often anticipates what I need. She always operates in a very professional manner.

My Carelinx coordinator, Camille Doctor, has been excellent to work with. She has helped with several issues and always responds to questions quickly. However, I do not like being the employer of the caregivers who come to my house, as this means I am responsible for their taxes and withholding. Also, if one of the caregivers has a problem and cannot come Carelinx does not have a backup person to send.
