No replacements if caregiver calls out. Tough finding someone. Don't like being charged by the absolute minute.

Quality went down when they bought out kindlycare.

The caregiver slept on the job. She didn’t do a small task I asked her even though she was here 8 hours. She also didn’t speak good English. There was a major communication gap. My Dad and I were always repeating ourselves because she couldn’t understand.

Good caregiver - fair service regarding unemployment compensation and never informed of senior discount until i asked

Main problem has been invoicing going to junk because some are sent on different name or email address and I have to go find them. Otherwise, all is great.

The woman you recommended was awesome! Vicki helped us out during a very stressful time and was caring and professional. I would recommend her to anyone! It would have helped for CareLinx to find us additional help since we needed several more days and hours covered, but it is what it is. Thank you for finding Vicki for us!
