The company overall is great. Meeting and providing service to individuals in their time of need is a passion. The flexibility and pay is great also. There are some issues with this company and some of the care advisors, but with that being said don’t get discouraged because everyone is not the same nor act the same and this company can keep you busy with great pay.

Found the 2nd best caregiver I’ve ever had.(The best was found through a friend.) The website is a little confusing, but thank God they offer personal assistance by email and phone. Not particularly excited about having to file taxes as an employer, but they collect and pay the taxes for you. (That part’s a little weird, but haven’t filed yet; so we’ll see what happens.) What’s most important for me is a good caregiver.

As an employee of Carelinx I find it difficult to enter my work hours on my timesheet. I've tried following your instructions but I must still phone your terrific Customer Service Staff for assistance. They are dynamic!! I appreciate their patience, assistance and k ul nd words each time I've contacted your company.
