Good user friendly service and nice cilia timer service.

We truly thought in the beginning this was going to be a wonderful tool for us. But we learned very quickly that communication about how things are handled and what you are going to pay for their services was not explained well at all. Costs were ridiculous, communication between the office and the caregivers was horrible. And overall just a poor experience. WOULD NOPT RECOMMEND FOR YOU OR A CAREGIVER TO WORK FOR...

Carelinx is a great platform to work with clients. However, some of the care advisors are not. They don't know how to communicate with you the caregiver most of the time, don't return calls, and don't check to make sure everything is going well with the client. You're considered self employed, or the client is your employer. Care Advisor should have better knowledge of the client care or services they need and oftentimes won't. I have been blessed to have a good rapport with the families I care for and that's what matter the most...they're happy with the service I provide

The app and platform is very user friendly. Everything you need to do and learn is just right there within reach. Very helpful to both caregivers and clients.

Carelinx is amazing, I've been working for this agency since April of last year. I will like to see them offer benefits for there employees, I worked very hard to just get a paycheck.....
