It was somewhat tiring using your site seeing I am limited use of my hands, so had to get my family to help. A lot of the candidates were no longer with your agency so it would be good to take them off your site for caregivers.

This is. Great company to work for , you set your own schedule and you get to help very sweet people that are in need of your help, pay is good , and rhe staff is always there when you need them! I highly recommend this company

I consistently have issues with the App working correctly. Other than this the staff has been very helpful when needed!

I have received very good home care services from CareLinx. It also handles all the financial and tax access so makes it a one stop shop and is very convenient.

Carelinx has areas in which they need work, and I am always vocalizing it! First off is maintaining and applying important data, For example, my Covid 19 shot record was mandated for a position I took 3 months ago, et the system is still requesting my Covid shot record because the case worker didn't apply apply it to my profile, he only issued it too my current client. Also you all do a great job screening for certain clients, and meeting their needs, however the Carelinx interview room never works! Not one time. Also you can tell a case manager I work today until 3PM EST and they can see the schedule, yet they will still call ou while your on assignment at another Carelinx clients home. My 3rd and final complaint is Why does carelinx not screen the employers as they do the caregivers, I was once accepted an offer from a man in NY who would call my phone at all hours of the night about his mom supposedly that was still not out of a rehab in NY that is supposed to come down to FL. He called at 1AM then 3AM then 4AM before I complained and instead of the client specialist being concerned about their legitimacy of this case or the clients mental health or true reason for trying tp call at all hours of the night, the case manager kept saying to me are you going to accept this position because if your not you need to let me know so I can find a replacement, I did decline the position. However I 100% realize that this client was looking for a woman to speak with at all hours of the night. Thanks Carelinx for keeping me safe! LOL RIGHT
