And they are dedicated to helping military service members transition into the civilian workforce. They say business isn’t personal, but in my case, it is (in the best way possible!). Cassie and her team rock!
Cassie and her entire team really went out of the way to get my resume and LinkedIn optimization done quickly. The quality and content was superb and was way better than anything I could put together. It was a very personalized experience and I loved how they methodically gathered all my experience and interests then translated it into an awesome finished product. They even gave me some money back because I had optimized my LinkedIn before they got in there. Because of their help I am more confident and excited for my transition from the military.

Career Confidence for the WIN
Career Confidence for the WIN! I had no doubt that I was not trained or qualified to take my entire military career and translate it to civilian lingo on a resume. Once I landed on Career Confidence, I knew this was the company that I could trust. I had minimal revisions from my initial to my final and am no longer embarrassed of my resume. Cassie and team did an awesome job building my resume and optimizing my LinkedIn! I have no complaints, only compliments!

Career Confidence Works!
I was hesitant to outsource the need for resume services. Enlisting the help of Cassie and Career Confidence definitely ease my transition from the military to the civilian workforce. It took less than two days after publishing my resume to be contacted for job that I ultimately accepted. Their services work and have been tested to work many times over.

I would use Career Confidence again
Cassie and the team at Career Confidence are phenomenal - I highly recommend anyone but especially veterans use their services. They were able to take my service history, pull the salient points for industry, and help emphasize them immediately. In addition to the resume service, the LinkedIn optimization has already taught me new ways to sell myself and to emphasize key traits that I would otherwise leave off my resume. They were worth every penny.
