This company is under investigation, i complained and will continue to do so, ive call news stations to report them and i will not stop until they are bancrupt for how they prey on peopl. we got a $12k limit and fully expecting to keep using the card for my dental treatment we were shcoked to expereience not 1 but to reductions in credit, with zero missed or late payments and a great credit score. they destroyed my husbands credit because they kept reducing my limit to make it appear as though i was maxed out when i started with $12k line of credit once it paid down 3800 they reduce me to $8k showing my dti really high then they redcied me again to $6k and their excuse was I wasnt using it, No a55h0les you didnt give me a chance to. Carecredit is really good at being predatory lenders, so they need to be shut down!

This is the worst credit card company I have ever worked with. You will be saving yourself a HUGH headache by going elseware!

I've had my card for 20 years. I finally went and cashed in my points for a $200 Home Depot Card..but it never arrived. I checked the site and my points were still there..so I decided to let them ride a little longer and next time call and cash out over the phone. I checked recently and I no longer had over 20,000 points..I only had 7,642. I called them and they tried to tell me I had only had my card for 5 years..what a joke. I asked that they reinstate my points and let me cash them out as a long time customer service..but of course..they refused. Shameful that they cancel your points without telling you or reminding you to cash out before they do it. I recommend that you get another card that has a 6 month pay off and never cancels points.

Horrible! 24 month with 14% interest It’s a big lie. I di’d more than minimum payment each month, but, evento the economic crisis come was difficult for 2 time do the payments (i Only pay 2 days after) they closed my account withou any explanation. Terrible and regret

Please be aware of care credit , card credit is completely scams, fraud, unprofessional customer service and unethical practices, U.S. government officials needs to investigate care credit for their fraudulent, and illegal scams .

My experience with CareCredit is that I applied on the computer. The question asked was for my phone number. Since I have hearing problems I checked the box that told them that I have hearing problems and I cannot communicate with them by phone and do not have a Mobile phone number. I was told that my application was pending and I would have to call. I called at the dentist the next day. They had everything that they needed to do a credit check. My credit is good. I just wanted to spread out the payments. They wanted me to send them a video of me and a scanned driver's license. All because I only have a home phone and not a mobile? They were very rude while all this occurred. They also leave you on hold indefinitely. Since I am getting help with this from the dentist and taking up their time, I just hung up and quit with Carecredit. I am not going to give them a video of me or my license like they wanted. This is overkill and absurd. I simply have hearing problems and only have a regular phone. That is discrimination against a person with a disability. My credit is good. Carecredit lost a good customer because they insisted that I have a cell phone number to be accepted. From reading these reviews I am glad that I did not use Carecredit.

Deceptive, do not use! I have had Care Credit for 15 years; they used to be good but recently have become a scam. When you make a payment, instead of applying it to the promotion that is expiring the soonest, they spread it out over future balances. This causes you to miss the due date, so they can charge you all the deferred interest. Tip: contact them and they must apply it to the promotional purchase expiring soonest, but it is a pain having to do this all the time. Will be shopping around for a new card.

My medical account was financed here with no interest for first year. It went over the first year and interest of over $400. was charged to the account. I called them and said I wanted to pay off the account and they worked with me to pay it off and they cancelled the interest charge. Both agents I spoke with at the bank were very nice and accommodating.
