Hard work on their end to find this many rude "supervisors"!
CareCredit has to look hard to find so many rude people to serve as "supervisors." I have made a life choice not to have a cell phone. I'm in my 70s, own my home, have had this landline for 15 yrs, have many credit cards and a mortgage. My information is everywhere and my credit score is currently 847. BUT -- with no cell phone, CareCredit is unable to work with me! Many "verifications" come via email, a phone call, etc. I could upload a picture of myself and my Drivers License. NOPE! Unless I can receive a text, they cannot help. I've had a male and a female "supervisor" pick up the call. Both were dripping with sarcasm, and said that I am "unable to use a SmartPhone." I corrected, "No, I don't HAVE a SmartPhone." "There's no difference." I am shocked. For a company named "CARE Credit," they are about as rude as you can get. It is unfortunate that providers do not know this when they recommend them. Worst company I've ever dealt with: most unprofessional, rudest, sarcastic, etc. And certainly not helpful.
