I just left Wally after my initial exam. I was told I had gum issues that “must be resolved before proceeding with anything else” including a teeth cleaning. So strange since my regular dentist said my gums were in great shape just a week ago. Wally wanted to charge me $440 to fix a non existent problem. On a side note I can see by the decaying state of their office that they need the extra funds. The staff was nice but spoke so softly that I couldn’t hear much of what they were saying except the up charge bit. Additionally, they were eager to make an appointment for the gum issue yet the cleaning could not be scheduled for two months afterwards. I asked about teeth whitening procedure and was told they order teeth whitening trays and you whiten them at home. Wally is a SCAM!

This has been by far one of the most detailed cleaning sessions I have had. My experience was with Lindsey and she was awesome. Even though they mostly use the airflow technology Lindsey decided to go in with extra tools to really get deep clean. I call her my tooth angel protecting my teeth from the tooth fairy. Considering this place specializes in cleaning the professionals there take extra steps to properly treat your dental needs unlike your traditional dentist rushing through your appointment. This session alone got a good amount of built up coffee stains removed. The X-rays were thoroughly done to look for deeper issues that need to be addressed. Very friendly staff from start to finish. Can’t wait to go back for my next session.

I never met with a licensed dentist- only a hygienist- who seemed knowledgeable and thorough- the Williamsburg office seemed clean and organized-when I left it was standing room only in the tiny waiting area

I’ve never had a dentist experience like I did at Wally in my entire life! I haven’t been to the dentist in over 7 years! Dr. Levi and Jessica were so sweet, thorough, and gentle with me. Even with asking questions, x-rays, etc. I was there for an hour and 13 minutes! The score they give you made me feel so much more confident too! I always felt like my mouth was terrible at regular dentists. I got an 84! Wally really understands that society is no longer traditional and the importance of understanding trauma! I also love that you can go to any location!
