For the money and cleaning it’s a great experience. My tech was wonderful, the experience was quick, maybe a little too quick, but I really can’t complain. I do not like the automated system, it kinda harasses you with inaccurate emails and texts, so that needs improvement but the cleaning was well worth it, even the brief discussion with the Dentist. I look forward to my next cleaning, a little surprised the whitening is an at home system but that’s ok too. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 because the automated system needs tweaks

The way they walk you through everything. The friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Follow up on track. Mafe me understand better the health care I need to and for my mouth. Well worth the trip❣️

I booked mainly because I was looking for an affordable cleaning with transparent pricing and no unexpected charges. I was initially skeptical of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but after my visit, I understand them. The service was excellent, the equipment was modern and high-quality, and there was no pressure to pay for additional services. What impressed me most was the amount of value they provide for the price. I genuinely don’t know how they make the economics work, but I hope they do. It’s rare to find a business that makes you feel you’re paying too little rather than too much.

I had a cleaning at Wally's Tribeca studio (249 Church Street) on Monday, October 5 at 3:30 PM, and the discomfort in my upper gum began immediately afterward; it hadn't been there before. When I returned today to have it looked at, I was told there was no doctor on site. I explained my gum was bleeding and asked for at least a hygienist to take a look , they refused. Instead, the staff was condescending, told me to "go see a dentist," and offered no apology or accountability whatsoever. To make it worse, their automated text support just redirects you to their app, where I can't even manage my own membership. The experience initially feels modern and polished, but the moment something goes wrong you're completely on your own. I can't recommend this place, and frankly it left me questioning the quality of the clinical staff here.

No wait for appt. Friendly hygienist. Coming back for scaling and scanning in a couple weeks. More like a power wash for first visit then you return for complete cleaning. X-rays and gum status are covered first visit so that was great too
