The location I went to was clean and pleasant. I paid for this insurance looking to get a teeth cleaning which I had not had in several years, admittedly. They took x-rays, evaluated cavities and made suggestions. There was a point where I thought the actual cleaning was taking place but in the end there was no teeth cleaning. They told me I had to pay for an additional segment and within that next segment of payment, I would receive my teeth cleaning. Meanwhile my teeth looked the same as when I walked in. They advertise that you get unlimited teeth cleanings and what they did, FELT very pleasant, but in fact it was not what I was seeking. It's like someone comes in to dust your apartment when in actuality you need a deep cleaning. I would have more respect for them if they told you this all up front.

Let’s start off with the entrance to the building is beautiful. The directions were exact. As soon as I came in and sat down someone came to greet me and take me back. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. It was my first time having a nice experience at the dentist. Can’t wait to go back.

Trash. Went there for a cleaning. The hygienist a Spanish woman (wish I remembered her name)...She starts recommending other services before even opening my mouth. Wally is a setup to up sell you all day. At least make less obvious. The hygienst had a horrible attitude. the cleaning lasted 1 min and 15 seconds. That tells you all you need to now. She did nothing. I had to remind her I thought flossing is usually part of a cleaning. She said "Oh I can do that". Then she wanted me to leave without gargling or giving me any mouthwash. I had to ask for it and when she gave it to me she gave me a drop as if it cost the price of liquid gold or something. There was no sink to spit out in. I had to spit in the same cup she gave me to gargle in. Her response was "it is what it is" smh. Showed the exact lack of care they had for clients. DON'T DO IT...thats all I can say.

Had a great experience and really so happy Wally exists for those with no dental insurance. Very thorough exam (better than regular dentistry) and cleaning!

All I’ve being dreaming of, really! So simple, effective and affordable. I absolutely recommend!
