I left a review on my horrible experience and Carebox responded that they have been trying to get in contact with me which is FALSE!!! I have received no calls, no emails, no text, no response to my online chat!!! I have now been on hold with the number they provided for 10 min and 47 seconds. ISSUE MY REFUND!!!!

Stay Away From This Company!
Ordered Sept 16. Like others have posted, I still have not received anything as of 9/29. I've tried calling them, but no one answers the calls. Every time I chat with customer support they say it takes 3-5 business days to receive product. I told them I want to cancel and get refunded. They told me someone would have to call me back to do that. Its been 5 days since I asked to cancel and refund. No calls or emails. Now I'm chatting with their customer service, and they are saying 5-10 business days to receive orders. Well, I'm outside of that window also. Apparently, I'm going to have to fight this company. There are so many GLP providers online, do not go with this company. I will be contacting my bank and the FTC. Under FTC guidance for online orders, if a seller can’t ship within the promised timeframe, they generally need to notify you of the delay and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.

Been waiting since 9/16 for any…
Been waiting since 9/16 for any information about my order. Haven't received my order yet. Starting to get disappointed they didn't even give me a appointment with a doctor to start. I had to make my own. Let's see what happens.

In 24 hours I already have my prescription sent to the pharmacy I was emailed confirmed so fast! I'm excited my meds with be with me within 3 to 5 days wow there very fast! I'm very satisfied

Took my money but didn't send product
On Sept. 17, I was accepted into the program, paid my fee, and the pharmacy received my prescription. Before they took my money, all documentation said my medicine would be shipped within 3-5 business days. Emails after they took my money said there could be "slight delays". On Sept. 24, I reached out through chat and got a copy/paste explanation about the delays. I asked to cancel my order. Got a canned "we are closed please email" response. I emailed, I reached out through chat again, I called the number they called me from to welcome me into the program. No response. At this point, Sept. 28, I am nearly two weeks out from making payment with no movement or indication on when my product will ship.

The prescriber is rude and rigid
The prescriber is rude and rigid. I ordered my medication like 2-weeks in advanced. When I had my 1st tele-health appointment I let him know that I was hospitalized. He told me I would have to reschedule when I discharged, this was very understandable. I rescheduled and let him know I suffered from vertigo, but it wasn’t from the Semaglutide.My mother has this as well. I stated that I would have a referral to ent. He said I needed a Dr note from Ent:I had a Dr appointment with primary care and he reassured me the vertigo wasn’t caused from the Semaglutide, and wrote a Dr. note. Mind you I was already on semaglutide for 3 years. When I had my 3rd appointment the Dr lied and said he didn’t see a Dr note I said primary care is my main Dr and he asses me the most. He raised his voice and said he needs a medical clearance from ent. I said I need my money back because your giving me the run around. I was left with no choice but to go with a different company, o had to suffer from the food noise, and delay in care.
