We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. We understand that having your medication adjusted to a lower dose than you were taking previously can be disappointing. CareBox does offer 15 mg of Tirzepatide. However, patients requesting this dose need to be assigned to a medical provider who is able to prescribe it, and the provider must confirm that the patient is currently taking that dose before prescribing it. We understand you provided documentation of your previous prescription, and we’re sorry this experience has not been what you expected. Our providers review each patient’s information individually and determine the appropriate prescription based on their medical evaluation.
